Contact us first

Use the contact page with your order reference and the reason for the return. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, photos can help us investigate, but your statutory rights are not restricted by this process.

Changing your mind

For ordinary eligible online purchases, UK customers can tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days after receipt and then have another 14 days to return the items. A refund includes standard outbound delivery where required. Handling beyond what is reasonable to inspect the goods may affect the refund.

Printing an existing standard design to order does not, by itself, remove cancellation rights. A genuinely personalised item may be treated differently; any applicable exception must be clearly explained before purchase. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.

Where to return items

Email info@djbrandnu.com with your order reference and the reason for your return. We will confirm the correct return address and any applicable return costs. Please obtain confirmation before sending a parcel to the trading office or a fulfilment centre. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed fulfilment address. We will confirm return arrangements and costs for your circumstances.
