Privacy notice

Who handles your information

DJ BrandNu operates this website. Contact us through the contact page about personal information, account access or privacy requests.

What we use and why

We use account, contact and address information to provide the account and shopping services you request, answer messages and fulfil orders. Payment and accounting records may also be needed to meet legal obligations. Security records support fraud prevention and account protection. Newsletter updates require your consent and email confirmation.

Service providers

Orders use our hosting and email services, Stripe or PayPal for payment, and Printful for production and fulfilment. Delivery details are shared only as needed for your order. Card numbers are entered directly with the payment provider, not stored by this website. When you enable embedded media, YouTube or Twitch receives information according to its own privacy terms. Some providers process data outside the UK; their applicable safeguards and terms apply.

Retention and your choices

We retain order records as needed for fulfilment, support and legal obligations. Closed contact messages are normally cleared after 180 days. Unconfirmed newsletter requests expire. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to relevant processing and withdraw optional marketing consent. Some information may need to be retained for legal reasons.

You can contact us to exercise these rights and can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Change your media preferences.

Optional YouTube connection

If you connect YouTube, we store an encrypted access token in your browser session to read your rating and send likes only when you click. Disconnect this browser from the video controls to remove its saved access, or revoke the app’s permission through Google account permissions. Public video statistics and Super Chats from confirmed public streams may appear here. Public YouTube data is refreshed regularly; chat display expires within 24 hours. Google privacy policy and YouTube terms apply.
