Custom-Made Products

All products at DJ BR&NU are custom-made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the high level of customization and uniqueness that our customers love.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please reach out to us immediately with your order details and a photo of the incorrect item. We will correct the error with a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Custom-Made Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the product descriptions, sizing charts, and other details before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or other product features, please contact us prior to making a purchase.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation

Since all our products are custom-made, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs

Refunds and Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed upon.
